American soccer gets a bad rap. Very undeservedly so. American
soccer does not have the 100 year foundation of passionate soccer
fandom, so we have to work with what we have. The American game has
to be built from within so we have anointed ourselves the disciples
of American soccer. We will force in conversation about MLS and
American soccer in our daily lives and we don't care how many
friends we lose!
